By using the MentorStar marketing website, demo applications, or requesting a pilot, you agree to these terms. School pilot agreements may add or replace terms for paid deployments.

Product & demos

MentorStar provides a Playable Knowledge experience for foundational skills (ages 5–7 in the POC). Demos are provided “as is” for evaluation. Features labeled roadmap or vision are not commitments until included in a signed pilot or commercial order.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or abuse APIs or admin endpoints.
• Do not use the product to generate harmful, discriminatory, or unsafe child content.
• Do not upload personal data of children beyond what the pilot protocol requires.

Evidence & outcomes

Pilot thresholds (e.g. mastery ≥80%, retention ≥70%, transfer ≥60%) are research targets, not guaranteed results. In-game mastery is a process measure and may be paired with external assessments.

Intellectual property

MentorStar brand, mentors, worlds, software, and site content are owned by MentorStar or its licensors. You may not copy product assets for commercial use without permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MentorStar is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of demos or the website. School pilots are subject to separate contractual terms.
